We also have a Cask Ale System!

In a cask system, the beer is served at “cellar” temperature.  The fermentation process is actually finished in the keg.  The beer in the cask system is very lightly carbonated.  As a result, you can taste more of the actual flavors in the beer.  The beer tends to be a little less filling because there is less carbonation in the beer!  It is “pumped” out of the basement by the bartender.
