Ever wonder what it takes to create our beer or spirits? Join us for a guided tour of the brewery and distillery. You will learn about the history of Square One, the different equipment and parts of the brewing and the distilling process, about the raw materials that go into our products, and different ways to infuse flavoring. We will also talk about how we use our beer and spirits in our dishes. Tours will be on the first Saturday of the month at 11:00am, and last about an hour. The class is free, but reservations are required, as space is limited. Please check with our manager or call 314-231-2537 to place your name on the list.

Come join us for Happy Hour! From 4pm – 6pm Monday through Friday we are offering $1.00 off pints and $1.00 off drinks featuring our own Spirits of St. Louis. In addition, we also have a new appetizer menu that we are offering items for $5 each!
If you like Build a Burger, you’ll love our new Macaroni Monday. Our Chef has created a very imaginative list of ingredients that will make you think twice about what Mac N Cheese can be. You build this dish in the same way you build your burger on Tuesdays. You start with a bowl of elbow macaroni with one of six sauces for just $3. Then you choose your cheese (up to 7 choices) and then you go hog wild with vegetables and meats each item for a small cost. An example of our chef’s special combinations is the Mac Arranean – smoked tomatoes/artichoke/kalamata olives/herb garlic sauce and fontina cheese for $7.75. Another example is the Smokehouse – Smoked pork/bacon/red onion/BBQ Sauce and Cheddar cheese for $8.75.
Macaroni Monday menu is served from from 5:00pm until 9:00pm.
From 5pm until 9pm, we have our regular burger and bun available for $3.00 plus a long list of items you can add for a nominal fee.
This is a great list – choose from just about anything from the kitchen! You can also start with our Game Burger or a Veggie Burger for $4.00. Build your dream burger your way! And now we are having a competition for the Best Built Burger! Our Chef will choose the most interesting Dream Burger each week, and it will become our Featured Burger of the Week the following week.
