Spring has definitely sprung, and along with it, tons of events!
Craft Beer Week will be from May 13th-19th! John Witte will be hanging around as a guest bartender from 5-7 in the evenings to answer your questions about beer & the brewing process, so come armed with questions and see if you can stump the brewer! We will move our monthly Beer School to May 18th and we will be focusing just on Craft Beer. We will aslo feature a Beer & Cheese pairings at Beer School.

Please join us for a painting party by Vino Van Gogh. The next event will be held on Wednesday May 22nd, in our 2nd level Banquet Space. An artist will be here to help you create your own painting! Vino Van Gogh’s Artist will provide all of the equiptment for your individual fee of $38.00. Reservations are required & can be made by following this link to Vino Van Gogh’s website. Space is limited so make your reservations today! Please plan to join the group between 6:30-6:45pm, with the class starting at 7:00pm. We will have our wonderful beverages and food avaiable for purchase from our menu.
Ever wonder what it takes to create our beer or spirits? Join us for a guided tour of the brewery and distillery. You will learn about the history of Square One, the different equipment and parts of the brewing and the distilling process, about the raw materials that go into our products, and different ways to infuse flavoring. We will also talk about how we use our beer and spirits in our dishes. Tours will be on the first Saturday of the month at 11:00am, and last about an hour. The class is free, but reservations are required, as space is limited. Please check with our manager or call 314-231-2537 to place your name on the list.
Due to Microfest the first weekend in May, we have decided to change Beer School to May 18th in honor of Craft Beer Week. It will start at 11am.

If you like Build a Burger, you’ll love our new Macaroni Monday. Our chef Sean Scott has created a very imaginative list of ingredients that will make you think twice about what Mac N Cheese can be. You build this dish in the same way you build your burger on Tuesdays. You start with a bowl of elbow macaroni with one of six sauces for just $2.25. Then you choose your cheese (up to 7 choices) and then you go hog wild with vegetables and meats each item for a small cost. An example of our chef’s special combinations is the Mac Arranean – Prosciutto/artichoke/ garbanzo beans/kalamata olives/herb garlic sauce and gorgonzola cheese for $8.95. Another example is the Smokehouse – Smoked pork/bacon/red onion/BBQ Sauce and Cheddar cheese for $7.95
Macaroni Monday menu is served from from 5:00pm until 9:00pm.
From 5pm until 9pm, we have our regular burger and bun available for $2.00 plus a long list of items you can add for a nominal fee.
